One double bed and single bed (plus extra if necessary for family) with ensuite Bath and WC.
Breakfast not served before 9.30 am. You can also self cater with space in my fridge and use of Kitchen and living room. I call it "Bed and Breakfast That Isn't" Nightly rate reduced if staying more than one night.
