"Our charming rooms welcome you in the center of the Essoyes village, in south of Troyes (Aube), two hours from Paris, four hours from Calais or Bruxelles, a stage on the way for sunshine or mountains, at the Burgendy’s Gates.Marie-Claude and Pierre will be happy to welcome you in the quiet and comfortable guest house, La Roseraie, in Essoyes, part from cars traffic, Essoyes, Auguste Hériot’s birth place, (the promoter of Grands Magasins du Louvre in Paris), stands along the Ource river, which inspired the painter Pierre Auguste Renoir. Staying for weekend, business or a longer residence on the Route du Champagne for a halt you will be friendly wellcomed. For the respect of the guest’s sleep, la Roseraie is closed at midnight. By no means we can change this principle
